Tottenham fired coach Robert Vilahamn after two years in charge.
The Swedish led Spurs to their first FA Cup female final in May 2024, but their team finished the second background in this season’s Super League.
The relegated Crystal Palace was the only side to give more goals than Tottenham and the club points of 20 were 11 less than they recorded in the 2023-24 campaign.
“There were some special moments during Robert’s term,” said female director Andy Rogers.
“However, results and performances this season have not been at the level we would expect and now is the right time to make a change.”
