Coritiba pushes two players out of indiscipline; Find out details


THE Coritiba On Monday night (19), he reported the removal of two athletes: right-back Felipe Guimarães and midfielder Lucas Ronier, both for acts of indiscipline.

The duo was related to The game against America, this Monday (19) but was cut hours before departure. The Paraná club did not give details about the reasons for the removal, which was communicated on social networks.

“Coritiba announces that, by acts of indiscipline, athletes Felipe Guimarães and Lucas Ronier are no longer related to today’s match (Monday).” He wrote.

At the news conference after the game, coach Mozart Santos was asked about the removal of the athletes. Without giving details, the coach replied that the problem will be solved internally. “It is an act out of normality and we are treating internally,” he said.

Ronier is one of Coxa’s highlights in the 2025 season. So far, the athlete has played 16 games, scored three goals and assisted. Felipe Guimarães, in turn, made seven games so far, all in Paranaense Championship.
