Sunderland fighter Josh Kelly called Conor Benn after making the light work from Flavius Biea on the Newcastle Arena.
Kelly, 31, rocked her biea in a round of her medium-weight fight, leaving Romanian with a left-wing hook.
With just over a minute from the left, the 35 -year -old was slow to get up to win the referee’s count, leading the employee to wave of the contest.
Asked who he wanted to fight next, Kelly called the domestic rival Benn.
“If it is a great domestic struggle, [I want] Benn, “Kelly replied.
“If it’s not Benn, if he doesn’t want to make this fight, it will be a big struggle in the world.
“In all the governments they govern, I am classified as number four or number three, two in some bodies that govern.
“I’ve been there. I’ve been knocking on the door for a while. I’ve been on my peak now. Let her run, let her run.”
Benn is still considering his next step after suffering the First defeat of your career by Chris Eubank Jr in April.
English usually fights in the average weight, but rose to the middle of the middle to face Eubank.
Kelly improved her record for 17 wins, a defeat and a draw, collecting only the ninth victory of stopping.
After a discharged loss to David Avaneness in 2021, Kelly has Reconstructed his career with seven consecutive wins.
