Thomas Tuchel England World Cup dilemmas – Who would you choose for three lions?

Most of the central midfield of England are chosen. The question is who will be the third player to join Bellingham and Rice if Tuchel continues to play with the 4-2-3-1 formation he used in his first two games?

Liverpool’s Curtis Jones began in a deeper role in the first game against Albania, before Morgan Rogers has a chance to a more advanced role, similar to what he plays at Aston Villa in Villa in Latvian victory.

Many thought that Adam Wharton, after the success of Crystal Palace at FA Cup and his time to spend on the Senior team of England, would be the player to complement the duo.

But Wharton was named under -21 again by Lee Carsley for its European U21 championship and has since been withdrawn with a medical problem.

Tuchel said he likes the physicality of the game in English and his teams present players who are physical and powerful runners.

Conor Gallagher was called this time after losing Tuchel’s first team and is now playing a deeper role in Atletico Madrid.

Gallagher is in the support of the middle -time, alongside Jordan Henderson and Jones, as players who could play more deeply for Tuchel, allowing Bellingham to play more advanced.

Myles Lewis-Skelly has invaded the international configuration and the way he reverses the left side midfield means that it can be an option while England is in possession and can allow Bellingham to have a deeper starting position so that Tuchel can fit another advanced thinking player on his team.

Playing Bellingham on a deeper role would accommodate Cole Palmer or Rogers as number 10, something he did in a 3-0 win over Latvia.
