The main candidate Frank, 51, has been in charge of Brentford for over six years and what work he did.
He took them to the Premier League, winning the Championship Playoff final in Wembley in 2021 and established the bees as a first division club.
Brentford finished 10th at the Premier League this season, seven places and 18 points above Spurs, so he would be tempted?
In January, he told Football that Brentford’s management was the “perfect work” – but also accepted that he wouldn’t be at the club forever.
“There is much more pressure on Tottenham than in Brentford because of the expectation – and the manager needs to deal with this expectation,” Chris Sutton, winner of the Blackburn Rovers premier league in 1994-95, told BBC Sport.
So what would Spurs be under Frank if he took the paper?
“It’s a surprisingly difficult question to answer because he is a really flexible manager,” said football tactic writer Alex Koble.
“He will automatically adapt his tactics to anyone opposition, a little like Unai Emery at Aston Villa.
“In many ways, he is the opposite of Angemcoglou, who is famously married to an idea.”
